Consultations are necessary to determine the condition of your hair and are Free either by phone, video or face to face consultations, lasts up to 30 minutes. £25 for extra 30minutes. Ensure you:

These are starting prices and excludes costs of extensions, adding accessories, treatments and travel expenses. Extensions prices per pack - Xpressions £4.99, Unique colours, Custom blend/multi tone/ombre and Afro kinky Extensions £7.99
Getting ready for your appointment
Morning appointments start at 10:30am and evening appointments are available from 4pm, however any appointment that is booked by 2pm and exceeds completion time time 5pm, will incur the premium charge added to the total bill.
Payments can be made in cash or via online banking immediately after your appointment is complete.
Please ensure your hair properly prepped to avoid allocating time to your appintment, alternatively, include as an add-on service.
Sundays, bank holidays and evenings incur an extra charge from £15 which will show on your reminder and invoice as 'premium hour'.
Detangling and blowdry can now be included in your appointment as an 'add-on' service as shown in the price list.
Please be organised because time is very valuable and could affect the next appointment scheduled after yours or travelling to the next location.
A grace period of 30 mins is allocated for each booking. A late charge will be included when the booking overruns the time allocated which will incur an additional charge of £20.
No show or last minute cancellations now incur a penalty of £30 and a non-refundable deposit of £50 towards your next appointment.
