You must include the discount codes during your booking otherwise the offers will not apply. Seniors, Students 18+, family or Key staff get £5 off. Provide proof as drivers licence, student id and occupation, use code DISCOUNT5. Discounts are not transferable and can be used for only one booking at a time.

Get a further 10% off after every 6th appointment.

Online appointments got priority over phone call or text bookings. Leave a message in the comment box if your preferred date is unavailable and we will try to change it for you as soon as possible if anything changes.

Getting ready for your appointment

Ensure your hair is washed, clean and completely grease-free with no product residue or knots.

Detangling is included in the prices stated, however, an extra charge of £15 will be applied to remove any knots left behind and hence increase the time allocated for your appointment. Pictures of knots will be taken.

You must always include your discount/offer codes from our website in your booking before any discounts can be applied. This is now compulsory.

These discounts will be shown on your invoice within 48 hours after your hair appointment and will be deducted from your total bill.
Payments can be made with cash, on-line banking or pay pal. Please note pay pal incurs an additional charge of 4%.
Evening appointments from 5pm and on Sundays incur an extra charge from £20 for children and £30 for adults.
Please be organised because time is very valuable and could affect the next appointment travelling to the next location.
A grace period of 45 mins is allocated for each booking and a late charge will be included when the booking overruns the time allocated which will incur an additional charge of £15 phr.
No show or last minute cancellations now incur a penalty of £50 and a non-refundable deposit of £50 towards the next appointment.
