The times allocated are estimates and subject to change depending on availability, density, volume and length of your hair. Ensure your hair is knots and product free otherwise a compulsory fine of £25 will be added to your bill. A grace period of 30 mins is allowed for each booking and a late charge of £15 per 30 mins will be included when the booking overruns the allocated time.
