Our Aim
Dfferenze is a mobile Afro hair services and education founded by Ozioma Alexandra who is a former High School Teacher of ICT and Multimedia. She learnt how to weave hair at 8 years old, back home in Nigeria and is very passionate about her craft. She is currently self employed and is a full time natural Hair Stylist who caters for children from ages 2+ and Adults.
We offer training sessions for those eager to learn the fundamentals and techniques of cornrowing and braiding. We are dedicated to providing a friendly, reliable, and high-quality service that leaves you and your loved ones feeling confident and looking fantastic.

Afro textured hair types 2 - 4 is our specialty and aim to help men, women, teenagers and young children by providing protective styles, offering advice to clients with thinning hair, balding issues, how to transition from relaxers to natural, design and create hair pieces and wigs for those in need of it, We use natural and organic hair products.

Our Policies
Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment
• Deposits are transferable if sufficient notice is given
• Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in deposit being forfeited
Late Arrivals
• A £10 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes
• After 20 minutes, appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled
• If rescheduling is required due to lateness, a new deposit will be needed
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be required to:
• Pay 100% of the missed appointment fee before rebooking
• Pay a new deposit for future bookings
Respecting Appointment Times
Late arrivals affect all clients scheduled after you.
These policies ensure every client receives their full service time.
