Terms:

1. Appointment days and times are subject to availability so please schedule ahead as often as possible. 

​

​2. Two months payment will be charged as a total upfront cost, afterwards  payment plans will continue for the remainder 10 months.
​

3. Clients have the choice to continue their membership plans or cancel provided a notice of 1 month is given in advance.​

​

4. By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement. 

​​

5. Your VIP membership benefits are not transferable to any other person. You can make a seperate booking for someone else.

​​

6. Payments are due monthly and will be collected by Direct Debit on or close to the date you sign up.  You agree to maintain a direct debit instruction with your bank for the amount due. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit instruction without contacting us first. (Your bank statements will have Dfferenze as a reference).

7. Your VIP membership will begin as soon as the first direct debit instruction has been collected . (For example. You apply and set up the direct debit on the 15th of May. Your actual VIP memberships begins when the first payment is taken).

8. If you cancel your direct debit just after one month and have received hair services from us with the discount taken off, then we reserve the right to demand the difference in payment.

9. The VIP Membership Agreement terms and conditions is subject to change at any time.

​​

10. Membership is open to all customers over the age of 18.  You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address. 

​

11. Family discount is only applied if the bookings are either on the same day or weeks apart, but MUST be done in the same month.

 

12. Free scalp treatments and massages are available for every 5th appointment BUT MUST be included in the booking for time allocation. 

​

13. If you cancel your Direct Debit instruction without giving us notice of cancellation (see “Cancellation policy”) or making a new Direct Debit instruction an administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment. If you fail to make an overdue payment within 14 days you agree that we may use your Direct Debit mandate to recover the full outstanding amount.

14. You may cancel your membership without giving any reason within 14 days of membership.  This allows time for you to ensure you have made a sound decision about the membership. If you have had the benefit of any services  in the first 14 days you must pay the difference between your monthly membership payment and the total  full listed price of the services without any further discounts.

15. We may send you information relating to your membership and current offers and promotions by email, Watsapp or SMS.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

16. You can cancel your membership at any time by giving ONE month’s notice in writing. email us at ozi@dfferenze.com, after your cancellation confirmation, you will be removed from the VIP membership plan and normal pricing of our services will resume. Payments are non-refundable.

​

17. Upon cancellation, any remaining credit balance will be deducted from your next apointment.​

​

18. The credit balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.

​

        Right to Refuse & Disclaimer

19. Dfferenze reserves the right to cancel or refuse membership if terms and conditions are not adhered to.

​

20. By completing the sign-up process, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.

​

21. Dfferenze reserves the right to change and/or update these terms and conditions at any time, with advance notification to members.
